Owning Your Story
Our family of origin is the family we grew up in and it can have a major influence on our beliefs, values and behaviors. In this lesson, we will explore how our family of origin can shape our lives and how we can use this knowledge to make positive changes. In this lesson, you’ll learn

MODULE 2
Accessing Your Strength
Knowledge is only potential power, while using knowledge to embody change is true power. Understanding emotions and how to regulate them so you can master your biology, creates the strength to persevere in the midst of external and internal stressors.
You’ll finish this module with understanding of and simple tools to move from survival toward wholeness and peace.
MODULE 3
Reclaiming your Soul
Each Goddess has a unique soul song that only she must sing. Now that you have developed a deeper awareness of the importance of understanding your past, and regulating in the present, you will now be bale to hear and leverage your souls wisdom.
You’ll finish this lesson with a new freedom and zest for life. You will be able to show up in the world like the divine goddess you are.
Enter with an open mind and exit with an open heart. The investment in yourself is always worth it. This class has helped me make some permanent changes in my life.
