Led by Saudia Turney, a certified instructor from SOMA Breath, you will embark on an invigorating meditative journey. Each breath you take will guide you closer to the profound truth that lies within your heart, allowing you to connect with the essence of your soul through this ancient and profound form of Pranayama.

The SOMA Awakening Breathwork Session is a harmonious blend of rhythmic breathing and Kumbhaka Pranayama, an age-old technique of breath retention. This is further enhanced by music specifically composed to induce deeply relaxed states. During this one-hour session, you will learn how to disconnect from the mind and connect with your body and harness the power of gratitude.
