Saudia Turney, LMFT / Advanced SOMA Breath Instructor

 

With over 16 years of experience in mental health and holistic healing, I specialize in guiding high-achieving women—through breathwork, mental health nutrition, and trauma-informed practices. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Advanced SOMA Breathwork Facilitator, my mission is to help you break free from overwhelm and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through breath, movement, and intention, I create a space where healing happens naturally.

 

What is SOMA Breath?

SOMA Breath is a powerful breathwork modality that blends ancient pranayama techniques with rhythmic breathing, guided visualization, and brainwave-activating music. It is designed to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Boost energy and mental clarity
  • Improve emotional resilience
  • Activate deep healing and self-awareness
  • Strengthen your connection to intuition and inner peace

This isn’t just breathing—it’s a guided journey into yourself.

Who Is This For?

This session is open to ALL GENDERS (unless noted),  all levels,  whether you are new to breathwork or experienced in the practice. The breathwork journey can be modified to meet your needs, and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.

Precautions: While SOMA Breathwork is safe for most people, certain conditions require extra care. If you have COPD, are pregnant, have a seizure disorder, or are currently suffering from a severe illness, please consult a healthcare provider before participating.

Each month’s theme will vary—some sessions focus more on stress relief, while others dive deeper into emotional release. However, all sessions provide physical, mental, and spiritual growth to support your overall well-being.
